Joanne E.

Joanne started her career as a commercial solicitor, an ambitious driven young professional she was swiftly promoted to partner and head of litigation before moving onto property asset management.

Tiring of her role as a solicitor she set up her own company and built a large residential portfolio which she managed herself with the assistance of a small staff team

Although she has not practised as a solicitor for many years she has a phenomenal understanding of corporate law and finance and is a natural businesswoman.

Joanne has been involved in the UK and International property market for over twenty five years and is able to assist clients in starting and building up property portfolios, sourcing discounted property and buying property for specialist tenancy groups.

Joanne can also set up and implement robust credit control systems incorporating debt collection and where legal proceedings are required, she advises on the most appropriate cost effective and speedy solutions.

Bill M.

Bill has more than 30 years’ experience in the London financial market.

His knowledge and expertise in mezzanine, bridging, senior debt and hedge funding has ensured the smooth financial transition of many projects from acquisition to final exit.

Bill has worked in Financial Services since 1983 and was Senior Branch Manager of City Financial Partners Ltd (a subsidiary of Citibank) with a direct team of over 60 Financial Advisers.

Bill later became the Business Development Manager for a Hedge Fund in the City of London where he utilised his industry experience and contacts to establish their lending book with the main areas of business being bridging finance, mezzanine and development funding and structuring joint ventures

Bill is an expert in generating investment funds and structuring joint ventures resulting from his successful ability to connect compatible clients and lenders with the added input of his experience on how to put a successful funding proposal together and using his excellent negotiating capabilities.

Terrence E.

Terrence was brought up in a business environment as his parents owned and managed a family property development and investment business and he has had a varied career spanning the last thirty years.

Grammar school educated followed by a degree in economics he began his career working for a firm of chartered accountants and later started his own business importing cosmetics and hairdressing products from the US for the UK retail market.

His interests in finance lead him to also study banking and he worked as both a financial controller and finance director for a number of TV production and PR companies, turning one such company from a loss making enterprise into four separate divisions that sold out to its biggest competitor within two years at a multi-million pound profit.

Terrence currently works as a financial consultant and adviser to several high net worth investors and organisations.

Andrew B

Andrew gained his broad financial knowledge in the early 80’s working for a company that was owned by Lord Rothschild. He retired at an early age when the company was reversed into a public company to specialize in project funding and tax planning.
Andrew only works with a select number of ultra-high net worth clients on a referral only basis.

Adrian S.

Adrian is a broad-spectrum achiever who started professional life as an academic historian at Oxford University where he gained his degree and then qualified as a solicitor spending over twenty years working in the City of London. His principal areas of practice were corporate finance, the raising of money for emerging companies and designing new financial products.

He was one of the lead lawyers in the simultaneous London and New York Stock Exchange listing of Reuters. His other clients included several Fortune 500 companies, Rothschilds and the British Government.

More recently he branched out from the law and spent a number of years starting and raising money for smaller companies in which he has been a principal rather than.an adviser These have included a metal processing company in the Midlands which he formed, ran as its managing director and subsequently sold to a larger concern as well as a financial services company centred on wealthy offshore clients. Adrian is now retired but enjoys using his considerable skills to assist in the preparation of corporate reports.
